凌洋國際有限公司 2017 年于香港注册，以贸易与物流为主业。鞋类业务覆盖男女真皮鞋、真皮靴与运动休闲鞋三条线：在广东完成选材、打样与量产跟进，在香港完成合同、结算与单证，再经由海运或铁路发往乌克兰、波兰及欧盟其他市场。 RAINBOW OCEAN INT'L LIMITED was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2017 and works in trade and logistics. The footwear business covers three lines — men's and women's leather shoes, leather boots and casual sneakers. Sourcing, sampling and production follow-up happen in Guangdong; contracts, payment and documents in Hong Kong; shipment to Ukraine, Poland and other EU markets by sea or rail.
我们不追求把品类铺满，而是把一款鞋做透：楦型、皮料、车线与大底先定下来，再谈数量与价格。对批发客户，这意味着同一款可以按季翻单；对品牌客户，这意味着打样一次，量产不走形。 We would rather perfect one style than fill a catalogue: last shape, leather, stitching and outsole are settled first, then quantity and price. For wholesalers that means a style can be reordered season after season; for brands it means a sample approved once still looks the same in bulk.

选材Material
按款定皮：头层牛皮、磨砂皮、漆皮或反绒；内里、中底与大底同步定板，先看手感与厚度，再谈价格。Leather is chosen per style — full-grain, suede, patent or nubuck; lining, insole and outsole are specified at the same time, judged on hand-feel and thickness before price.

打样Sampling
按客户提供的样子或我们现有型号开楦、开板；一双确认样寄出，颜色、车线、跟高与尺码表一次性定死。Lasts and patterns are opened from the buyer's reference or our existing models; one confirmation sample is shipped and colour, stitching, heel height and size chart are locked in one go.

量产Production
按确认样排产，中期与末期各验一次：帮面、粘合、车线密度、大底剥离强度与尺码配比逐项核对。Bulk runs against the approved sample, with a mid-line and a final inspection: upper, bonding, stitch density, outsole adhesion and size assortment are checked item by item.

包装与出运Packing & Shipping
按客户要求做鞋盒、内标与条码；出货前拍照留档，箱唛、装箱单与发票配套，海运或铁路发出。Shoeboxes, labels and barcodes to the buyer's spec; pre-shipment photos on file, carton marks, packing list and invoice issued together, shipped by sea or rail.

客户提供设计图、样鞋或仅一个方向，我们开楦、开板、出确认样，再进入量产。改版改到能卖为止，而不是改到能交差为止。Send drawings, a sample or just a direction: we open the last and pattern, produce a confirmation sample, then run bulk. We revise until it sells, not until it passes.

出口与单证Export & Documents
香港公司签约收款，广东工厂交货。商业发票、装箱单、提单与产地证按进口国要求出，贸易术语与付款方式逐单商定。Contracts and payment through the Hong Kong company, goods delivered from Guangdong. Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin issued to the importing country's requirements; terms and payment agreed per order.
